Mutton khichda

Mutton Khichda
Ingredients
500gms Meat
1tbspn ginger garlic paste
2 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
2tbspn redchilly powder
2 tbspn dhania zeera powder
2tspn garam masala power
1tspn haldi
Akkha garam malasa
Hand full chopped mint leaves n coriander
Handfull birista
3 tbspn ghee
4 tbspn oil
100gms khichda gehu (soak over nyt den cook with sallt, ghee and haldi.later grind it)
50 gms barley (soak over nyt den cook with sallt, ghee and haldi.later grind it)
100gms mix daal (chana, masoor, tur n udad.soak over nyt den cook with sallt, ghee and haldi.later grind it)
Method
*Heat oil with ghee n add whole garam masala
*Nw add onions n fry till golden
*Add tomatoes with all the masalas and salt, cook till oil seprates.
*Add meat, mint n corriender
*pressure cook till done
*Mix in the cooked wheat barley and daal.mix n let it simmer fr 15-20 mins
*garnish with birista n lime n serve hot

Sindhi kadhi

SINDHI KADHI
Ingredients
1kg ripe tomatoes
100gms tur daal
1tspn gng paste
1tspn rai
1tspn methi
1tspn jeera
1tbspn chopped garlic
1tbspn chopped chillies
2 tbspn besan
1tbspn redchilly powder
1tbspn dhania zeera powder
2tspn haldi
250gms mix vegs (gavar, dhudhi, singh, baingan)
150gms fried lady fingers
1 cup imli water
2tbspn bhaari ghee
3tbspn oil

Method
Step1-In a pressure cooker add tomatoes, tur dal, salt, water and gng paste.cook till 5-6 whistel and leave it on simmer fr couple of mins.Wen the pressure is released blend it with a stand blender or in mixer and strain it through a seieve.set it aside
Step2-Heat oil with ghee and add rai seeds wen it crackels add in the jeera, methi, chillies, garlic wen they start tkin colour add besan and cook it till the aroma of roasted besan covers ur kitchen
Step3-Nw add the the dry spices and continue cooking on low heat fr a couple of mins.Slowly start adding the tomato stock, once u hv added all of it add the veges and bring it to boil.
Step4-cover it partialy and let it cook on low heat till all the veges are cooked.
Step5-Adjust salt and add the emli water
Garnish with chopped corriendor and fried bhindi.Relish it with a bowl of steam rice.
