SUKHRI
RECIPE BY HUDA JOHARI ZARIWALA@SNSI

INGREDIENTS
1 cup thin poha (thin poha is different then regular poha,so ask for baarik poha)
1cup fresh grated coconut
4-5 tbspn sugar
1 tbspn rose water
Chopped dry fruits as per choice

METHOD
* Roughly wash the poha and let it drain,do not soak or wash too much
*Mix in the remaining ingredients with the poha
*Serve cold
